10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

CONGRATUATIONS:

You have just purchased the newest and finest in mattress and pillow protection made with the best materials and workmanship available. Length of Warranty is 10 years from Date of Purchase. Your protector is warranted for the first 3 years non-prorated with replacement at no charge and prorated 1/10 of cost per year of use thereafter. Purchaser responsible for transportation cost. This warranty will apply only if protector is received in good condition. Structural damage caused by abuse, misuse or not properly following the care instructions will void the warranty.

MATTRESS SAFE INC is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products. In no event shall the responsibility of MATTRESS SAFE INC exceed the purchase price of the warranted product. This warranty will be honored with proof of purchase. The tested results from The Govmark Organization, Inc. show that the material was test to “CFR Title 16 Part 1632 (FF4-72) - Standard for the Flammability of Mattress and Mattress Pads - Ticking Substitution Procedure Part 1632.6” and received in conclusion a ‘B’ Classification. The ‘B’ Classification calls for each cigarette location. “The bottom felt shall not ignite and the char length shall not exceed one inch.”
