Due to the nature of bedding products, we will never resell or repackage returned items that have been opened.  Therfore opened items are eligible for exchanges or store credit only, unless where the product is defective. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped to you, we will promptly send out the correct item as an exchange without additional shipping charges. All Sofcover™ and KleenCover™ products carry a 2 year manufacturer warranty.
